  • We accept returns on any dog or cat food that currently has 75% or More of its unspoiled contents. 
  • Any non-food item must be un-used and have a tag to be returned. 
  • No returns on Supplements, Tinctures, or Medications.
  • NO RECEIPT-NO RETURN.

I highly recommend Incrediipets for they truly care about their customers, especially the furry ones!! Customer service is significantly excellent. Great place to shop for your pets. The staff that work here are knowledgeable when it comes to pet products. It was my first time in and Lily asked me if I needed assistance and she was able to help me find exactly what I needed for my puppy.
