I have been going to IncrediPets Market in Waterford since they’ve opened . They only carry quality foods ,treats and supplies there , and the knowledge of the employees makes it even above and beyond other pet specialties stores . I have moved away from that area to Rochester hills , but it is well worth the drive to go back for my pet supplies . The quality of everything the store stands for , puts it on a higher level in comparison to others. If a dog food that i go there to get is sold out , or backordered , I have received texts from employee Rachel, letting me know when it will back in . She follows through making sure of customer satisfaction . Rachel represents what every company would want in an employee!!. . Also in the cold winter months , the owners daughter would deliver my orders for my pups . I have such positive appreciation for this company, from the knowledge each employee has , to the compassion they show everyone, the cleanliness of the actual store .
